Heimbacher Kurkonzert mit der Hansa Blasmusik Simmerath

Heimbach
The Hansa Blasmusik Simmerath was founded in 1950. The orchestra comprises up to 50 musicians who meet regularly in the rehearsal room to rehearse new and well-known brass music classics. They play everything that is suggested by their own ranks and approved by the majority.
In addition to the classic Schützen appearances and parades, the large orchestra also plays at morning pints, spa concerts and its own annual fall concert. Of course, carnival songs are also prepared in time for the 5th season.
The instrumental repertoire of the large orchestra ranges from flute, piccolo flute and clarinet to alto, tenor and baritone saxophone, trumpet, F horn, tenor horn and tuba - pretty much everything a musician's heart desires. Our drum and percussion section is probably the biggest but also the most important ruckus-maker.
The most important thing to mention is that the rehearsal and performance times are not just about the great musical moments, because the most important thing is the camaraderie, which is never neglected over a meal and a drink or two.
