CO_SPACE.DN, operated by the city's business development agency WIN.DN GmbH, is a modern incubator offering an open, digitally networked and collaborative workspace in the heart of Düren's city center. It is the ideal place for founders, entrepreneurs and start-ups who want to develop sustainable and digital business models.

Individual and, above all, free advice and a strong community
We support you from the initial idea through to implementation with individual start-up and growth advice, funding acquisition and networking with potential business partners. But the heart of CO_SPACE.DN is our extraordinary community, where you can meet like-minded people and exchange ideas with other CO_WORKER:INNES at eye level. Whether you are a founder, start-up, scale-up or spin-off - you will find the support you need with us. With us, you also have the chance to receive funding from the Gründungsstipendium.NRW. This provides up to three founding members with €1,200 per month for one year. In addition, the project is supported by a qualified coach.

Flexible workspaces and extensive infrastructure
As a CO_WORKER:IN, you have access to a creative and professional working environment with flexible or fixed workspaces. You also have access to meeting rooms of various sizes for meetings and events. Our extensive range of workshops, specialist seminars and events will help you to expand your knowledge and grow your network.

BIG MEETING SPACE - conference and meeting room
Book our 35 m² meeting room for a full or half day and benefit from the high-quality equipment. The room offers space for up to 15 people and is equipped with an 86" SMARTBoard and the Kandao Meeting PRO 360° conference camera. The partition wall can also be used as an analog whiteboard.

EVENTSPACE - Your stage, our event space
Are you planning a big event and want to impress your guests? Our 50 m² event space offers space for up to 50 people (in rows of chairs) and is also equipped with an 86" SMARTBoard. All participants can also sit at our flexible tables. Design the room as you need it. Perfect for your next event!
